Who can be referred for independent accommodation?
We accept referrals for homeless individuals, elderly adults, those transitioning from hospital or supported living, and vulnerable people with complex needs. Referrals can be made by local authorities, NHS teams, social care professionals, or housing providers.
How quickly can a placement be made?
We understand that housing needs can be urgent. Once the relevant referral information has been received, we can mobilise placements with as little as 3 to 5 hours notice where availability allows.
What is included in the accommodation?
All properties are fully furnished and move-in ready, maintained to a high standard by our in-house team. Residents have everything they need from day one, in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
What support is available after a resident is placed?
Our team remains available after every placement to provide practical assistance, wellbeing check-ins, and signposting to relevant services. 24-hour on-call support is available should any issues arise.
How do you ensure the safety of residents?
Safeguarding is central to everything we do. All staff are fully DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding practices. Our properties and processes comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, and we work closely with local authorities and safeguarding boards throughout every placement.
