What's included in a clean?
Outcome measures question
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Measurable improvement in the client’s ability to manage their own space (e.g., participating in light cleaning or meal prep with staff guidance).
Community Integration: Tracking the frequency and success of outings, social club attendance, or volunteer work.
Reduction in Staff Hours: Evidence that over time, the client requires less intensive supervision as their confidence and skills grow.

Maintenance of Tenancy: A primary outcome for supported living. Success is measured by the client successfully keeping their home safe and following their tenancy agreement.
Property Standard: Using your maintenance/cleaning expertise to ensure 100% compliance with Health & Safety audits for the living space.
Crisis Prevention: A decrease in the frequency of emergency behavioral incidents or "blue light" call-outs through proactive support.
